Here is what you can do to keep your appliance performing at its best.

Checking the filter

Remove the clean water tank.

Remove the hard water filter.

The filter should be a beige/cream colour. An old filter will be discoloured and darkened, this will need to be replaced.

Clearing a blockage

Remove the floorhead from the end of the pole.

Separate the compact scrub head from the floorhead.

Remove the pole from the machine.

Remove any blockage from the main machine by using a descaling pin.

Repeat the same process on the pole,

Floorhead,

And the compact scrub head.
