Here is what you can do to keep your appliance performing at its best.

Checking the filter

Remove the clean water tank.

Remove the hard water filter.

The filter should be a beige/cream colour. An old filter will be discoloured and darkened, this will need to be replaced.

Clearing a blockage

Switch off, unplug from the wall socket and allow time for it to thoroughly cool down.

Remove the pad (microfibre or coral).

Remove any blockages by inserting a descaling pin into the hole underneath the floorhead.

Remove the floorhead by pressing the button on the neck of the machine.

Remove any blockage from the neck of the main body using a descaling pin.

Tap the machine on a hard surface to remove any debris from the neck.
